TVS Raider Dual Disc Launched at Rs. 95,600 – First 125cc Bike with Boost Mode

TVS Motor Company has unveiled the new Raider Dual Disc, priced at Rs. 95,600 for the TFT DD variant and Rs. 93,800 for the SXC DD variant (ex-showroom, Delhi). This upgraded 125cc motorcycle comes loaded with Boost Mode, Dual Disc brakes with single-channel ABS, Glide Through Technology (GTT), and TVS SmartXonnect, making it one of the most advanced bikes in the commuter segment.

Engine and Performance Upgrades

The Raider Dual Disc retains the 125cc three-valve engine delivering 11.75Nm of torque at 6,000rpm. The newly added Boost Mode with iGO Assist gives instant power when required, ensuring a quick surge during overtaking or city riding.

The Glide Through Technology helps the bike move smoothly at lower speeds without constant throttle input, improving both fuel efficiency and city riding comfort.

Advanced Braking and Stability Features

For the first time in the 125cc segment, the Raider now features Dual Disc brakes with single-channel ABS, offering better braking control. Wider tyres — 90/90-17 at the front and 110/80-17 at the rear — provide enhanced grip and stability on different surfaces.

Additionally, the Follow Me Headlamp keeps the lights on for a few seconds after the ignition is turned off, adding to rider safety.

Sporty Design and Display Options

The bike gets a metallic silver body with red alloy wheels, giving it a sporty and premium look. Riders can choose between two connected display options:

  • Full TFT cluster with over 99 features
  • Reverse LCD display with over 85 features

Both variants support the TVS SmartXonnect system, which includes Bluetooth connectivity, voice assist, turn-by-turn navigation, call handling, and notification management.

Conclusion

The TVS Raider Dual Disc sets a new benchmark in the 125cc segment with Boost Mode, Dual Disc brakes, GTT, and SmartXonnect. Its combination of sporty design, smart technology, and city-friendly performance makes it a top choice for commuters and young riders looking for a premium 125cc motorcycle.
